TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ORDINANCE (CAP. 84) THE SUNYANI PLANNING AREA ORDER, 1958 (LN 344). WHEREAS the Minister responsible for Town and Country Planning after consultation with the Sunyani Urban Council, is of opinion that a scheme should be made for the area described in the Schedule to this Order: No. 30 of 1958. NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred on that Minister by subsection (1) of section 9 of the Town and Country Planning Ordinance as amended by the Town and Country Planning Act, 1958 it is hereby ordered as follows:—
