MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES REGULATIONS, 1972 (L.I 795).

(1) Any person who wishes to establish or expand a manufacturing industry shall submit to the Commissioner an application in such form as may be determined by the Commissioner. (2) Copies of the application form may be obtained upon application to the Principal Secretary of the Ministry of Industries.

(1) Every person who operates a manufacturing industry shall, on or before the 31st day of March in every year, submit to the Commissioner a return in such form as may be determined by the Commissioner, in respect of the operations of that industry in the immediately preceding calendar year. (2) Copies of the return may be obtained upon application to the Principal Secretary of the Ministry of Industries.
