Section 1

1. Establishment of the Judicial Service

There is established by this Act, the Judicial Service in accordance with article 190 of the Constitution

Section 2

2. Members of the Service

The members of the. Service are (a) the Chief Justice who is the head of the Service; (b) the Judicial Secretary and the Deputy Judicial Secretaries; (c) the persons holding judicial office other than persons presiding over a lower court or tribunal; and (d) any other persons employed for the Service.
