We’re back with June 2026’s edition of The Memo — your monthly roundup of what’s been happening across Eskwai.

🚀 Product Updates

⚖️ TrueCite

We launched TrueCite, Eskwai’s proprietary technology designed to improve the reliability of Ask Kwame responses in Research, Review, and Draft.

Building on our Smart Citator and Consolidated Legislation features, TrueCite analyzes subsequent judicial treatment of cases and relevant legislative amendments behind the authorities used to generate answers. This helps ensure responses are grounded in the current position of the law, providing users with greater context on how legal principles have been applied by later courts and how legislation has evolved through amendments and updates.

TrueCite represents a significant step forward in making legal AI more trustworthy, transparent, and useful for legal professionals.

📚 Expanded Legal Database

We added 52 new cases and 55 pieces of legislation, further strengthening Eskwai's legal research database.

🤝 Partnerships

⚖️ Eskwai Clerk Launch & Judicial Service Partnership

We announced the launch of Eskwai Clerk, an initiative designed to provide judges and magistrates with an AI judicial assistant to improve judicial efficiency and support faster access to justice. As part of this initiative, we partnered with the Judicial Service of Ghana, becoming one of the first judiciaries in Africa to roll out an AI assistant to judges nationwide. Through the partnership, all 445 judges and magistrates will have access to Eskwai to conduct legal research, review legal documents, and draft rulings and judgments more efficiently. The initiative aligns with the Judicial Service's goal of leveraging technology to improve the speed and quality of justice delivery while ensuring that human judgment remains central to judicial decision-making.

🎓 Community Engagement

💰 Eskwai Rewards

We launched Eskwai Rewards, a new programme designed to reward users who help grow and strengthen the Eskwai community.

The programme currently offers two ways to earn rewards. Through Referrals, users can earn a 10% commission for 12 months on subscription payments made by users they refer, while new subscribers receive a 5% discount on their first subscription payment. Through Contribute Legal Authorities, users can earn Eskwai Credits by submitting cases and legislation that help expand and improve our legal database.

To support the programme, we introduced a dedicated Rewards page where users can access their referral code, track earnings, request payouts, and contribute legal authorities. Eskwai Rewards reflects our commitment to recognising and rewarding users who help others research faster, draft more efficiently, and work more confidently with legal AI.

🎓 Eskwai Campus Ambassador Program

We opened applications for the inaugural Eskwai Campus Ambassador Program, an initiative designed to engage law students interested in legal technology and innovation.

The programme aims to build a network of student ambassadors who will introduce their peers to Eskwai while developing leadership and advocacy skills within their campuses.
