(VESTING OF STONE QUARRIES) ACT, 1973
AN ACT to provide for the transfer of certain quarries and for related matters.

Section 1
1. Transfer of quarries at Weija and Shai Hills to Tema Food Complex Corporation
(1) The assets, rights, obligations and liabilities in respect of the two stone quarries at Weija and Shai which were held and managed by the body known as the Special Projects Division are hereby vested in the Greater Accra Regional Development Corporation established under the Regional Development Corporations Act, 1973.2(2)
(2) This Act shall not be deemed to transfer an obligation or a liability which was assumed or entered into by a person before the 30th day of January, 1970.
