GHANA TRADE FAIR AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) LAW, 1989 (P.N.D.C.L. 224.)

The Ghana Trade Fair Authority Law, 1989 (P.N.D.C.L. 215) is hereby amended as follows: (a) by the substitution for subsection (2) of section 4 thereof of the following new subsection: "(2) The Board shall consist of— (a) a Chairman; (b) the Director-General of Trade Fairs; (c) a representative of the Ministry of Trade and Tourism; (d) an Industrialist; (e) a structural engineer or architect with experience in maintenance of building structures; (f) a person with recognised knowledge in commerce; (g) a representative of the Bank of Ghana; and (h) four other persons". (b) by the substitution for subsection (3) of section 6 thereof of the following new subsection— "(3) The quorum for any meeting of the Board shall be seven".
