IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Registrar by section 198 of the Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179), this Instrument is made this day of September, 1989. The names of the Council Members of the Ghana Stock Exchange are hereby exempted from publication in all trade circulars and business letters.
