GHANA STANDARDS (CERTIFICATION MARK) (AMENDMENT) RULES, 1970 (LI 664).

The Ghana Standards (Certification Mark) Rules, 1970 (L.I. 662) are hereby amended— (a) by the addition to rule 1 thereof of the following new proviso— "Provided that the provisions of this rule shall have effect only with respect to goods for which Ghana Standards have been established"; and (b) by the insertion immediately after rule 9 of the following new rule— "9A. Exemption. The Board may, by notice in the Gazette, exempt any person or enterprise from all or any of the provisions of these Rules and may impose in relation to such exemption such conditions as it may think it."
