GHANA NATIONAL MANGANESE CORPORATION (AMENDMENT) INSTRUMENT, 1975 (LI 1041)

The Ghana National Manganese Corporation Instrument, 1973 (L.I. 844) is hereby amended by the substitution for sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 5 thereof, of the following:— “(2) The Board shall consist of a Chairman and eight other members appointed by the National Redemption Council on the recommendation of the Commissioner and shall include the Managing Director referred to in paragraph 9 of this Instrument."
