Ghana Maritime Security (Amendment) Act, 2011

Section 1 of the Ghana Maritime Security Act, 2004 (Act 675) referred to as the principal enactment is amended (a) by the substitution for paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of "(b) mobile offshore drilling units that are located within Ghana's maritime jurisdiction"; (b) by the substitution for paragraph (d) of subsection (1) of "(d) port facilities within Ghana's maritime jurisdiction that serve a ship specified under paragraphs (a) and (b)"; and (c) by the insertion of a new paragraph (e) "(e) other offshore marine installations designated by the Minister by publication in the Gazette."

Section 3 of the principal enactment is amended by the substitu tion for subparagraph (iii) of paragraph (c) of "(iii) ships that conduct ship-to-ship activities within Ghana's maritime jurisdiction".
