Ghana Maritime Authority (Amendment) Act, 2011

The Ghana Maritime Authority Act, 2002 (Act 630) referred to as the principal enactment is amended in section 16 by the substitution for paragraph (a) of " (a) moneys accruing to the Authority (i) in the performance of its functions under the Ghana Shipping Act, 2003 (Act 645) and any other enact ment related to maritime matters, (ii) from levies, fees and charges, and (iii) from investments."
