THE FOUR HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-EIGHTH ACT OF THE PARLIAMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA ENTITLED THE GHANA INVESTMENT PROMOTION CENTRE ACT, 1994 AN ACT to re-establish the Ghana Investment Centre as an agency of Government for the encouragement and promotion of investments; to revise the laws relating to investments and to provide for other related matters.
