The court dissolved the marriage, canceled the marriage certificate, and incorporated the parties’ terms of settlement filed on 22 July 2022 into the judgment, making them binding. The decree granted the petitioner custody of the two children, required the respondent to pay maintenance (GH¢1,000 monthly until end of 2022, then GH¢1,500, subject to price increases), mandated equal sharing of children’s educational, welfare, and health costs, and provided alternate weekend visitation. Each party was ordered to bear their own costs.
