RULING
Counsel for Applicants in this matter prays the Court to recognize Foreign Liquidation proceedings currently going on in South Africa relating to Group Five Power International (Pty) Limited pursuant to Order 19 Rules 1 & 2 of C.I. 47, Section 152 and the Schedule to Act 1015 which is the Corporate Insolvency & Restructuring Act, 2020. Having heard submissions by Counsel for Applicants and having read the Affidavit in Support filed on behalf of the Joint Liquidators for the said order, the Court hereby grants the said application. Subsequently, the Court also grants the ancillatory orders that are included in the orders and which can be found on the face of the Motion Paper filed in this Court on the 14th of April.
