JUDGMENT
WHEREAS:
1. That the Plaintiff and the Defendant having agreed to the terms set out below and the Defendant having admitted liability to the Plaintiff’s claim.
2. By consent, all proceedings in this action be stayed except for the purpose of carrying such terms into effect.
3. Liberty to apply as to carrying such terms into effect:

That the Defendant shall pay the sum of Ten Thousand United States Dollars (USD$10,000.00) on or before the 31st of March, 2023.

That the Defendant shall make twelve (12) equal monthly payments of the sum of Two Thousand United States Dollars (USD$2,000.00) commencing from the 28th of April, 2023 to the 28th of March, 2024.

That in addition to the twelve (12) months payments of the sum of Two Thousand United States Dollars (USD$2,000.00), the Defendant shall also make four (4) equal quarterly payments of Five Thousand United States Dollars (USD$5,000.00) commencing from the 29th of June, 2023 to the 28th March, 2024.

That the Defendant shall also make twelve (12) equal monthly payments of the sum of Three Thousand, Three Hundred and Seventy Seven United States Dollars (USD$3,377.00) commencing from 26th April, 2024 to the 28th of March, 2025.

That in the event of default the Parties herein agree that the Plaintiff shall be entitled to all the reliefs’ stated on the Writ of Summons and shall proceed to go into execution without the leave of the Honourable Court.

That this Honourable Court shall enter the above Terms as Consent Judgment.
