EKENE ANOZIE v. THE REPUBLIC

The Supreme Court reviewed an appeal against a judgment from the Court of Appeal. After careful consideration of the Court of Appeal's judgment and the record of proceedings, the Supreme Court found that the lower court had adequately considered both the facts and the law of the case, arriving at a sound conclusion.
