This Act may be cited as the Forged Transfers Act 1892, and this Act and the M1 Forged Transfers Act 1891, may be cited together as the Forged Transfers Acts 1891 and 1892. Marginal Citations M1 1891 c. 43 .

Section 2

2. Removal of doubt as to the operation of 54 &55 Vict. c. 43 U.K.
