1. Manufacture and supply of scheduled substances. U.K.

After subsection (1) of section 12 (manufacture and supply of scheduled substances) of the M1 Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990 (“ the 1990 Act ”) there shall be inserted the following subsection— “ (1A) A person does not commit an offence under subsection (1) above if he manufactures or, as the case may be, supplies the scheduled substance with the express consent of a constable. ” Marginal Citations M1 1990 c. 5 .
