Continental Shelf Act 1989 (c. 35)

(1) Section 3 of the M1 Petroleum Royalties (Relief) and Continental Shelf Act 1989 (which enables a certain designation order under the Continental Shelf Act 1964 to be amended to give effect to an Agreement between the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland relating to the Shelf) shall have effect with the amendments specified in subsection (2) below. (2) In subsection (2), after the word “amending” there shall be inserted the words “ the M2 Continental Shelf (Designation of Additional Areas) Order 1971 and ” and for the words “an area” there shall be substituted the word “ areas ” .
