1. Amendment to the Children Act 1989 E+W

(1) The Children Act 1989 is amended as follows. (2) In section 8 (child arrangements orders and other orders with respect to children), after subsection (4)(i) insert— “ (j) Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Female Genital Mutilation Act 2003 (other than paragraph 3 of that Schedule). ”
