BEDROCK INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED vs ERIC NANA NIPA

Bedrock Insurance Company Limited and Eric Nana Nipa, acting in his capacity as Receiver of GN Savings & Loans (in receivership), jointly filed Terms of Settlement on 3 August 2022 in proceedings before the High Court.
