(1) The M1 Statutory Orders (Special Procedure) Act 1945 shall be amended as follows. (2) The period for presenting petitions under the Act against an order subject to special parliamentary procedure, and the resolution period as defined by section 4(2) of the Act, shall each be twenty-one days, instead of fourteen days . . .
